George James is a veteran entertainer who has been performing in front of audiences since the young age of 14. Inspired by powerhouses like Elvis, he started his first band at age 19 and has had numerous career successes including recording in Nashville and Hollywood and having two of his original songs make the Billboard Hot 100. He appeared on CMT’s nationally televised talent shows, You Can Be A Star & The Charlie Daniels Talent Roundup.
Moving to Escondido, CA in 1999, he continues to perform solo as well as DJ & Emcee weddings & private events. He is also a Comedy Stage Hypnotist that has performed all over the country for fairs, festivals, conventions, & fundraisers.
Sharing his love of the beach, tropics, sand & the sea with his wife Deb, he performs music of Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesney, Zac Brown Band, and a whole lot more!!
George is an amazing musician. The range and variety of music he can play will surprise you. He has played for two of our home parties so far and we will invite him back for all the future ones.

George James has played several events that I have attended, and I was excited to have him play at my fathers 90th birthday party. Several guests commented on how good he was, playing a diverse set of songs that appealed to the guests, which include covers of country hits and trop rock originals. He was also recognized by some who've seen him at other events. He entertained the crowd and had them up on their feet dancing. Can't wait to have him back performing at our next event.
